Hi, everybody! Let's go to Netherlands one of 4 nation that who play in World Cup semifinal. Well, that everyone knows that Dutch favorite food is Cheese but, there are so many Dutch food that i think it also delicious and recomended for you. Consists of the cooking traditions and practices from the Netherlands. The country's cuisine is shaped by the practice of fishing and farming, including the cultivation of the soil for raising crops and the raising of domesticated animals, and the history of the Netherlands.
I want to introduce you metworst, one of the Northeastern cuisine that from Groningen. Metworst is a type of traditional Dutch sausage. The sausages have a very strong flavour and are made from raw minced pork which is then air dried. Metworst simply means dry sausage, referring to drying process and texture of the product.
Let's move to the Dutch beverages that called vieux or Dutch brandy or cognac imitation. Cognac is a grape-based distilled product, whereas Dutch brandy has
virtually nothing to do with grapes. The colour is white to dark brown.
