Hello readers, welcome back to Global Delicacies. After you had been read several food and drink from many different country, lets take a look something new one from me. Now, i will post food and drink from Ghana.
Let check it out.

Ghana, officially called the Republic of Ghana, is a sovereign multinational state and unitary presidential constitutional democracy, located along the Gulf of Guinea and Atlantic Ocean, in the subregion of West Africa. The word Ghana means "Warrior King". The etymology of the word Ghana means "Warrior King" and was the title accorded to the kings of the medieval Ghana Empire in West Africa, although this empire was further north than the modern-day country of Ghana in Guinea region.

Food

Ghanaian cuisine is the cuisine of the Ghanaian people. Ghanaian main dishes are organized around a starchy staple food, with which goes a sauce or soup containing a protein source.

At this time, i would like to discuss about Banku. Banku is a food eaten in Ghana made with cooked fermented corn dough and cassava dough. It served with Tilapia fish. Tilapia fish itself is a fish from freshwater inhabiting shallow streams, ponds, rivers and lakes and less commonly found living in brackish water.

I think Ghana hasn't a unique beverage, they seems rely on famous brand rather than build it own unique type of drinks.
