Belgian

Uray Ryan Hermawan (F1021131076)

Hi everyone! Now, i want to tell you about Belgian cuisine and i think that almost all of children in the world love it. It is Praline, Praline is sugar candy made from nuts and sugar syrup, whether in whole pieces or a ground powder, or, alternatively, a chocolate cookie containing the ground powder or nuts. Belgian pralines (often called Belgian chocolate) are different; they consist of a hard chocolate shell with a softer, sometimes liquid, filling. French pralines are a combination of almonds and caramelized sugar. American pralines also contain milk or cream and are therefore softer and creamier, resembling fudge.
That was the lovely candy from Belgian, now i want to tell you about the traditional drink from Belgian that called Jenever or "Protected Product of Origin" because jenever has been the country's traditional and Belgian national spirit for over 500 years.
Jenever is the juniper-flavored national and traditional liquor of the Netherlands and Belgium, from which gin evolved. Traditional jenever is still very popular in the Netherlands and Belgium. European Union regulations specify that only liquor made in these two countries, two French provinces and two German federal states can use the name jenever/genever/genièvre. And only jenever made in East-Flanders, Belgium can use the name O'de Flander-Oost-Vlaamse graanjenever.
That's it! That's all from me for Belgian, now i want to find more about Russian and i will post it. Bye!
