Hi guys, I'm back with the new dishes from Gambia it called "Fufu" that serve with light soup with mushroom or snail. Also the drin from Gambia, that is palm wine.

This soup serve with mushroom, lamb and dried fish. The soup looks really tasty, i think it will be spicy sour and fatty because of so many spice and lamb in that soup. This soup is one of many dishes that you must try when you go to Gambia.

Now, i want to give some information about palm wine.

The writer said that wine is so sweet and delicious, and i agree with that, because coconut is always sweet :D . In my opinion, this is one of the greatest drink in Africa because it's so seldom when you found the sweet drink in Africa. That's all from me today, chao!
