Ethiopia is a country located in the horn of Africa that has mixed ethnic and linguistic made Ethiopia itself became rich of languages, cultures, customs, and traditions. Their cuisine characteristically consist of vegetable and spicy meat dishes, and for you who like spicy dishes and meat maybe you'll like this one:

Wat


Wat / Wikipedia Common

Wat is one of national dish in Ethiopia, its a hot spicy stew with injera or large spongy cake that made of teff and water. Teff itslef is only grown in Ethiopia which is made it unique. Wat has so many kind of varieties that depends on their ingredients and their names also change according  what is the main ingredient of the wat. Wat served on a large plate and we have to eat it by our bare hand, and make sure before you eat it wash your hand first and also be careful with the spicy taste.

Bunna

 

Bunna / Wikipedia Common

There is a unique traditional ceremony in Ethiopia named "coffee ceremony" in that ceremony Ethiopian serving coffee traditionally after a big meal. Ethiopian named that coffee as bunna, bunna placed in Jebena or coffee pot that made by clay. Usually people made coffe by adding sugar or milk, but in here bunna sereve with sugar and salt. I think its'll be strange taste but thats the unique from bunna itself.
